Brick House Bones® Method Level 1 is a guided, beginner-level osteoporosis-safe exercise program designed for people who want to build strength, balance, posture, and confidence — without fear, confusion, or guesswork.
This program is ideal for you if:

- You know you should be exercising for your bones—but you’re unsure what’s safe
- You’ve tried YouTube videos or generic workouts and still feel uncertain
- You want a clear plan, expert guidance, and reassurance that you’re doing the right things for your body
Level 1 isn’t just a collection of workouts — it’s an 8-week step-by-step training experience built around what actually matters for long-term bone health. You’ll learn why certain movements are effective, how to modify exercises for your body, and how to progress safely so you feel stronger and steadier each week.
You’ll also have the support of a weekly live Zoom session with Dr. Lisa Moore, DPT, where you can ask questions, get clarification, and better understand how to apply what you’re learning to your own body. These live sessions are designed to help you feel reassured, informed, and supported as you move through the program.
Most importantly, you won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be part of a supportive community of people navigating low bone density together — sharing wins, asking questions, and building confidence along the way.
PLEASE NOTE: Level 1 is designed for beginners and for those returning to exercise after a diagnosis of low bone density. No prior fitness experience is required — just a willingness to start where you are.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, BoneFit™ trained osteoporosis exercise specialist, and the founder of Brick House Bones®. For years, I’ve helped people with osteopenia and osteoporosis rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies through safe, evidence-based movement.
Through my clinical work, I saw the same pattern over and over again: people wanted to exercise for their bones, but they were confused, afraid of doing the wrong thing, or overwhelmed by conflicting advice. So they either did nothing—or pushed themselves in ways that didn’t truly support bone health.
